Talk about variety! There is something for everyone in our winter issue of Compass Check magazine.

Dear Compass Checkers,

Talk about variety! There is something for everyone in our winter issue of Compass Check magazine. Vaping is in the news across the U.S. and a new writer to CC has written a very informative article about this new health danger. Are you “B.U.S.Y.?”—check out this helpful article. Also notice part two of “The Promises to Abraham.” This series of detailed prophecies explains how God is fulfilling the promises He gave to Abraham.

iHuman, part one, shows how sophisticated your body is and how incredibly powerful and intelligent the Master Creator God is since He designed and made you. The Q/A is about gender issues since we had questions about this topic at camp last summer.

We are excited about a new column called “Dear Compass Check” beginning next issue. We will have guest writers (both men and women and camp staff) answer your questions. Compass Checkers—we need your questions so please email them to us pronto. What is on your mind? What specifically can we help you with? Email your questions to: compasscheck@ucg.org and we will do our best to include your question and an answer in future issues of CC magazine.

Until next time, your camp friend,

Steve Nutzman, Compass Check editor | compasscheck@ucg.org

Active in the ministry of Jesus Christ for five decades, Steve was closely involved with the United Youth Camps program from 1996 to 2022.
