Brethren kept the Feast of Tabernacles and Eighth Day in Panajachel, Guatemala.

After two years of COVID-19 restrictions, this year we were able to celebrate the Feast in the town of Panajachel, in front of beautiful Lake Atitlan, surrounded by volcanoes and mountains. We had 150 people in attendance from Guatemala, El Salvador, Mexico and the United States.

The themes of the messages focused on the prominent return of Jesus Christ to establish His Kingdom, Christian attitudes and duties, family unity and Bible prophecy. We had children’s choirs and choirs from various congregations during the Feast.

We also had 25 connections from YouTube and Facebook, connecting with some congregations in South America, Mexico and the United States.

We had two baptisms. At the end of the Last Great Day service, we had the opportunity to observe a photographic presentation of several families who joyfully participated in the Feast of Tabernacles 2022.

We celebrated an inspiring and blessed Feast with much joy and happiness in our temporary dwellings, as a pilgrimage in our physical life. We set our eyes on the world to come, longing for the coming establishment of the Kingdom of God.
