Building your spiritual foundation on a man is like building it on sand. Mr. Beam discusses how you need to build your spiritual foundation on a rock which is God. He goes on to tell us to prove all things and follow God's instructions which are verified in the bible and not a human man. We all need a personal relationship with God.
Rick Beam was born and grew up in northeast Mississippi. He graduated from Ambassador College Big Sandy, Texas, in 1972, and was ordained into the ministry in 1975. Since 1978, he has pastored congregations in the south, west and midwest. He currently pastors congregations in Rome, (Georgia), Gadsden (Alabama) and Chattanooga (Tennessee). He resides with his wife, Angela, in Rome.
