The Modern Nation of Israel in Prophecy
In this year of 2017, we are at the 50, 70, and 100 year anniversaries of events that are very important in the history of the modern-day nation of Israel. This message discusses the role of the modern nation of Israel in Bible prophecy. First, some of the events that led to the establishment of Israel will be reviewed. Then, the discussion covers some of the prophecy yet to be fulfilled that the founding of Israel makes possible. Then, a few examples are given of passages in the Bible that some think are fulfilled by the founding of the modern nation of Israel but actually are not. They are yet to be fulfilled. The bottom line is to watch Israel and to watch our own lives.
