Spiritual reality exists beyond human realm and sight. Internal reality exists wholly in the mind as our individual perception of reality. Self-awareness is at the core of seeing ourselves clearly and our own spiritual reality. Self-awareness is essential for knowing how our behavior affects others and how they see us. Mature, wise and accountable people respond positively to honest feedback knowing that their perception of reality is subject to personal bias, self delusion and incompleteness.
