Six Human Needs

Find out how six human needs that God designed within humanity drive our behaviors, habits and how we interact with the world and with each other. See how God is able to fulfill all of these in us and guide us to meeting these needs in positive ways. Certainty, Uncertainty (variety), Significance and Connection (at a higher level, love). The first four we will all find some way to fulfill. Far to often, we can fulfill them in ways that are damaging to ourselves and others, explaining many of the dysfunctional behaviors we see in the world around us, and sometime in ourselves. The final two are where joy and fulfillment come in- we have these needs, but for many people, they go unfulfilled. Growth, Contribution. God calls us as Christians to meet those needs in our relationship with Him through Christ and the Body of Christ, the Church.
