Cultivating Gratitude

Speaker: Tim Pebworth 11/30/19 Location: Orinda This week, the Journal of the American Medical Association published a report showing that for the past three years American life expectancy is declining. Most disturbing, the reasons for the decline relate to drug overdoses, alcohol abuse, suicide, and a diverse list of organ system diseases. These so called, deaths of despair, are on the rise and these trends can affect us. How do we cultivate gratitude in despair and how can we be thankful? In this sermon, Tim Pebworth discussed three strategies to be thankful and to help in a time of difficulty. Pls.
